This 1.5 hour gathering via Zoom centers on our relationship to the plant kingdom. We will connect with flower essences and plant medicine at the energetic level as well as talking to the tress. We will also be learning tangible ways of connecting with the plant realm and exploring grounding techniques that we can use at home or within wild spaces. Interact with the flora kingdom in the way the fauna kingdom enjoys. You are welcome to suggest a certain plant or tree you would like to connect with as well!
